By now, you’ve almost certainly heard about the college admissions bribery scandal that resulted in a few dozen rich people experiencing consequences for the first time in their lives.

In case you somehow missed it, actresses Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman were both arrested in connection with allegations that they’d paid bribes and participated in fraud schemes with the goal of helping their daughters gain admission to the colleges of their choice.

It’s unclear if either mom will serve jail time, but it also seems unlikely that there are many acting gigs in their future.

Already, Loughlin has been fired from the Hallmark Channel and removed from the cast of Fuller House for the show’s final season.

And she’s not the only one in her family who’s losing cash and gigs.

Loughlin’s daughter is an Instagram influencer named Olivia Jade Giannulli.

Giannulli dropped out of USC after it was revealed that she and her sister were admitted to the school as a result of half a million dollars in bribes and a con job designed to convince the admissions board they were elite athletes.

But Olivia may have been stripped of something even more important than her place in the student body — especially since she admittedly had zero interest in academics.

Olivia lost her partnership with Sephora in the immediate wake of the scandal, and in the weeks since, several other lucrative deals have gone by the wayside.

Worse than the loss of cash, however, is the longterm damage to Olivia’s career and reputation.

And not surprisingly, Giannulli reportedly blames her parents for forcing her to go to college — and then engaging in all sorts of shady practices to help ensure her admission.

One insider tells Us Weekly that Olivia is “not talking to her parents right now.”

And it doesn’t look as though she’s planning to bury the hatchet anytime soon.

“She is still very upset at her parents,” the insider says.

The source claims that “a lot of Olivia’s friends” are telling her “not to be mad at her parents since they were just trying to do the best they could for her,” but Giannulli “doesn’t listen” and “feels she is the victim.”

“Olivia blames her mom and dad for this scandal and for the downfall of her career,” a different insider previously told the tabloid.

It seems Giannulli “was initially trying to shrug off the scandal as something that would pass after a week and she could go back to her life,” but has now come to terms with the fact that this mess might define the rest of her career.

“Now that her endorsement deals have fallen through, she is very upset with her parents," the source says.

"Olivia didn’t even show interest in going to college, she wanted to take time and work on her beauty career, but her parents were the ones who wanted her to get an education.”

Bet you didn’t think you’d be spending part of today feeling bad for a wealthy Beverly Hills teen Instagram influencer, eh?

Okay, you probably still don’t, but at least we can all agree that Olivia’s parents are the real jackasses here.
