These days, it looks as though Leonardo DiCaprio might be on the verge of settling down with Camila Morrone

But it wasn’t all that long ago that DiCaprio was Hollywood’s most infamous ladies man.

It’s been said that the list of starlets he didn’t sleep with in his prime is shorter than the list of ones he bedded.

That might be a bit of a stretch, but the fact remains that if you were born in Southern California anytime between 1997 and last week, there’s an 85 percent chance that Leo is your real father.

That’s just a stone-cold fact, and you can look it up.

This is all a long of saying the head of the so-called P-ssy Posse (The 2000s were a much less PC time in which bro-medies like Entourage ruled the airwaves,), did not get rejected very often at that point in his life.

In fact, we only know of one semi-famous woman who claims to have shot DiCap down in his heyday — and that woman is none other than The Hills star Whitney Port.

Back in 2009, it was rumored that Whitney and Leo were friends with benefits.

But on her podcast this week, the 34-year-old revealed that their relationship never went beyond the BlackBerry Messenger stage.

(Did we mention it was the 2000s?)

“He invited me out to Teddy’s and he invited me back over to his house, and I said no,” Port told her co-host, Andrea Cuttler.

“I was too nervous. I had never had a one-night stand. I didn’t want to be with him alone.”

But while many people might be inclined to look back on one-night stands with notoriously promiscuous partners with regret, Whitney says her only regret is not going through with it:

“I was way too nervous to do it and then I lost my chance and it’s really one of my bigger regrets in life," says Port.

"If you didn’t think I was cool, now you probably do!”

Well …. we’re not sure about that part.

But anyway, asked what she and Leo bonded over, Port says she was “was getting drunk at that point” and doesn’t fully recall, but does remember that Leo was a fan of her The Hills spinoff The City, and “insinuated that, like, he had missed the week priors episode.”

“I remember dancing alone on the dance floor because you were in the corner talking to him and I didn’t want to intrude, but also like couldn’t leave,” Cuttler recalled by way of corroboration.

Of course, it’s worth noting that this is Port attempting to set the record straight on a decade-old rumor.

“It’s about as true as The City — it’s made up! They don’t know each other. They never exchanged numbers,” a source told Us Weekly at the time.

We’re not saying she’s lying about the potential hookup.

But we are suggesting imposing a statute of limitations on rewriting history.

The trail is too cold at this point, Whit!
