The Bachelor and Bachelorette fans have long wondered exactly what goes on in the famed Fantasy Suite, and thanks to Nick Viall’s meltdown, well …

Suffice it to say, there is a measure of intimacy between at least some of the contenders who accept the invitation to join the star for an overnight date.

For Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray, it was indeed a key step in their relationship, but not for the reasons Nick shockingly brought up last night.

They bonded and discussed a variety of topics during their overnight date, including what engagement ring Josh should choose for his bride-to-be.

"It’s a pretty big deal. I might as well tell him [what I want] if we’re getting engaged!" Dorfman told ABC, and she "could not be happier" with his choice.

"Normal couples would go ring shopping or talk about it," Andi noted, "so I’m like, ‘Round, halo, maybe triple shank." Josh was taking notes, too.

The Neil Lane sparkler is a three-carat, oval cut diamond surrounded by 154 round cut diamonds, while her platinum band is also studded with diamonds.

"There’s no triple shank, but this is round, halo and it is nice and big," Josh Murray said. "I wanted to make sure it was the perfect ring for her."

They discussed much more than jewelery, of course.

Murray said that he and Andi Dorfman talked about their future plans for hours in the kitchen and became "best friends" in the Fantasy Suite.

Walking out, he felt confident they’d end up together.

"It’s over," Murray recalled thinking. "Done deal!"

Nick Viall, meanwhile, felt the same thing after his date, and is still not over The Bachelorette. Though he said earlier today that he wishes them the best and is moving on.

Here’s hoping, because Andi and Josh look strong.
