Ever since Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt got married back in August, they’ve been more open about their relationship than ever before.

Photos of Angelina’s wedding dress went viral after the couple sold the exclusive pics (and donated the money to charity, of course).

Brad even discussed his new role as a husband while promoting his new film Fury, even though his private life is typically off limits for interviewers.

Now it’s Angie’s turn to be surprisingly candid, and she recently opened up to Vanity Fair about the joys and challenges of married life. Mostly the joys:

“It does feel different,” Angie said when asked about her life post-wedding. “It feels nice to be husband and wife.”

Of course, Jolie and Pitt have basically been living as husband and wife for a decade, and some things never change. Just as they have for years, Brad and Angie’s kids still call the shots:

“They did not expect us never to fight,” Jolie says. “Though they made us say, ‘Sorry,’ if we do. So they said, ‘Do you?’ and we said, ‘We do!'”

Not a bad rule to have. Angie got mixed reactions to her decision to have her kids draw all over her wedding gown, but while they may have a long way to go as fashion designers, the Jolie-Pitt brood seems to have a bright future in marriage counseling.
