A Long-Time Bond Between Father and Daughter “I thought it was just going to be a letter saying ‘Happy last day of school!’ or something, so when I opened it I couldn’t help but smile,” said Meg upon sharing the note on social media.
So Very Bittersweet Added Meg of the gesture and the motivation behind it: “I’m his last kiddo leaving for college this year, and you can tell he’s really really sad about it.”
Quite a Tribute Adds Meg: “He has always gone above and beyond and is easily the cutest and most caring man I’ll ever know.”
A Graduation in More Ways Than One Meg is off to college, but she’ll never fully leave home behind. “It’s gonna break my heart to leave him for college, no doubt,” she says.
