We’re inching closer and closer to labor day, folks.

No, not the holiday in America that typically signifies the unofficial end of summer.

We’re talking about something far bigger, far more rare and with far more wide-ranging implications on a global scale.

We’re talking about the day on which Meghan Markle gives birth!

While Kensington Palace is yet to confirm a specific due date for The Duchess of Sussex, reliable insiders have reported that she’s expecting to be done with her pregnancy in late April or early May.

At one point, May 2 was bantered about as the due date.

Regardless of precisely when this blessed event occurs, however, the main point remains the same: it’ll be pretty soon!

For this reason, Markle is reportedly bearing down and really trying to get ready, as Us Weekly confirms a doula has been regularly visiting her and Prince Harry’s homes in both Oxfordshire and at Kensington Palace.

“Meghan is focused on calm and positive energy around the birth – she’s a big believer in that,” the source tells this tabloid, explaining that a doula assists in the baby’s birth.

Especially as chatter persists that Kate Middleton basically despises Markle and that other Royals hate her, too, Harry “is doing everything he can to make sure Meghan’s comfortable and happy," this insider adds.

Markle and Harry for married in May of 2018 and announced the former was expecting just a few months later.

Now, they are allegedly “racing against time” to finish their new home at Frogmore Cottage so that it’s ready for Meghan’s spring due date.

There’s still a lot to get done apparently!

"The one thing that’s holding up some of the work is the eco/energy center at the heart of Frogmore Cottage,” writes Us Weekly, adding:

“It was important for Harry to reduce their carbon footprint as much as possible.”

See, these two care about the planet and take into consideration far more than just their immediate surroundings. What’s with all the hate?!?

Sadly, to critics of Markle, this sort of focus on carbon footprints and the like just make them view her as some kind of Hollywood elite, which supposedly goes a long way in explaining their disdain.

Pretty sad, huh?

According to this magazine informant, Meghan and Harry’s vision for their home is “city meets country – lots of muted tones, plush accents and unique pieces from around the world.”

The insider adds some “furniture and artwork belonging to the Royal Collection, which will be on loan to them indefinitely.”

None of this, of course, addresses the main issues surrounding Markle’s pregnancy.

Will she have a boy or a girl? Who will be her nanny? What will she name her child?

For the answers to those questions, we’ll need to wait until the big day!!!!
