A whole lot went down on the Season 13 premiere of Keeping Up with the Kardashians last night on the E! television network.

Khloe introduced Tristan Thompson to her family, for instance, while the sisters argued over the future of their clothing boutique.

But if there was one scene in particular that stood out the most, it wasn’t even from this episode, but in a sneak peek of next week’s.

Kim Kardashian Cries a Lot
(E!)

This event had been hyped for weeks by producers as the true can’t-miss moment of the new season of the E! staple.

And that was when Kim Kardashian talked openly to her family about being robbed in gunpoint in Paris last October.

As we all know by now, Kim was gagged and placed in the bathtub while armed assailants took off with more than $10 million in jewelry.

For months, authorities and Kim’s inner circle were confounded as to how such an event could take place with her level of security.

Many questions remain unanswered surrounding the robbery, but this marks the first time we’ve heard Kim discuss it in her own words.

It was the morning of October 3, which started out like any other mornings. Only it wasn’t, and it would scar Kim deeply.

"They asked for money. I said I don’t have any money," Kim explains in the following sneak preview clip, adding:

"They dragged me out to the hallway on top of the stairs. That’s when I saw the gun like clear as day."

"I was kind of looking at the gun, looking down back at the stairs," she said, her eyes welling up with tears.

Sitting around with Khloe and Kourtney, and clearly in shambles thinking back on this harrowing experience, Kim continued:

"I was like, ‘I have a split second in my mind to make this quick decision. Am I going to run down the stairs and either be shot in the back?’

"It makes me so upset to think about it."

Either they’re going to shoot me in the back, or if I make it and they don’t, if the elevator does not open in time, or the stairs are locked …"

"Then I’m f–ked. There’s no way out."

In January, after a months-long investigation, French police charged 10 people out of the 17 arrested in connection with the crime.

Then, last month, Kardashian testified before a judge and lawyers for two days in New York City, answering questions about the incident.

The reality star did what she could to identify the robbers, but as we know, a lot of what happened that fateful day was a blur.
