Viewers and Housewives alike are still reacting to Denise Richards’ bizarre husband Aaron Phypers as he continues to be part of the show’s drama.

This week, Erika Jayne took him to task for his "mansplaining" and how rudely and condescendingly he spoke to the Housewives.

We know that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has been on hiatus for a month, but this week’s episode picked up like no time had passed.

Because last time, we saw Denise storm out of Kyle’s party after being accused of hypocrisy.

The cast was still feeling annoyed and frankly judged for the way that Denise had gotten on their cases for discussing threesomes at her home.

As Erika has pointed out, Denise’s talk of getting her husband a happy ending and her career had led them to believe that things were chill.

Only Dorit Kemsley and Garcelle Beauvais really seem to understand Denise’s issue — that it’s a boundary only when it comes to her children.

But Denise was storming out of the party last time, so this week, that was where the episode picked up.

Denise was still feeling hurt by Lisa’s perceived betrayal, so she told her that she wanted to chat "privately" about that later.

In the mean time, Aaron wanted a big steak, his apparent coping mechanism, and Denise promised that they would go to a strip club.

Denise is certainly an interesting person. We hope that her accompanying Aaron to said clubs does not prevent him from tipping properly.

The ladies reflected on how Aaron should not have injected himself into their drama the way that he did.

Kyle Richards’ stated that Aaron must have gotten a full recap from Denise about the "hypocrisy" accusation, and come rearing for a fight.

"He can f–k off," she stated. It’s hard to disagree with that.

Kyle admitted that she continued to feel "mom-shamed" by the scope of Denise’s displeasure at the threesome talk.

As we mentioned, Dorit didn’t agree, because Denise wasn’t commenting on their parenting.

Garcelle may be the only person (other than Aaron) who is fully, 100% in Denise’s corner on this subject.

Lisa had to travel and Garcelle was moving, but the rest of the gang showed up for Sutton Stracke’s trunk party, hosted at her store.

So we have Kyle, Teddi, Erika, and Dorit … all of whom were anxious about seeing not only Denise but also Aaron again.

Things were as awkward as they feared, especially when Denise’s bathroom run left Aaron alone with her castmates.

Kyle wanted to wait for Denise to return before they tried to settle anything. Erika didn’t have time for that.

"Aaron, you let us have it," she said, confronting him.

Erika added: "you told us we were bad people and that we should look in the mirror and are we happy with ourselves."

Aaron claimed that he was simply "making observations" at Kyle’s, but Erika didn’t stand for that non-excuse for a moment.

She reminded him that he had "talked down" to them.

"You don’t think you were mansplaining to us at her house?" Erika demanded. "You don’t think you were heated?"

"I’m done with this conversation," Aaron declared when Denise returned from her bathroom run.

"You wanna focus on negative, go ahead," he suggested. "You keep poking the bear."

Notably, that last line is usually used as a threat. Aaron’s a weird guy.

Taddi asked Denise how she had a right to judge them — after all, she had called Teddi "a shit f–king stirrer" in front of Dorit’s daughter.

"I didn’t know Phoenix was there," Denise insisted.

"This is the dumbest thing ever," she declared. "Find something else to fight about."

Denise stormed away, and Dorit approached her to try to explain to her why the "toxic" topic kept coming up.

"It won’t be dropped if you continue to leave," Dorit cautioned.

"I understand your intention," she assured, "I understand my husband is so protective of me and it’s not helpful."

Meanwhile, Kyle stated the obvious — that Aaron is likely no longer "a fan" of Erika’s.

"I don’t give a flying f–k," Erika declared. "Come see about me!"

Anyone can stand to lose one fan, especially if that fan is being a huge condescending jerk.

"At this point, we can’t be honest and talk to her so we have to pretend and not be honest," Kyle lamented.

Erika chimed in: "Maybe we shouldn’t have any conversations with her anymore."

Dorit is right. This would be the easiest thing in the world to move past if Denise would stop storming off.
