Prison-bound Teresa Giudice got choked up on an emotional The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 18, which she says will be her final reunion show.

“Do you think this is it for you?” host Andy Cohen asked on The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season 6 Episode 18, the end of the three-part reunion.

“Yeah, I think so,” said Giudice, who is off to Connecticut to start her 15-month prison sentence for fraud on January 5. “You’re gonna make me cry, Andy.”

“This is probably gonna be my last reunion.”

Teresa also offered some rare remorse.

“I just want to apologize to all my fans out there who I let down,” she said, fighting back tears and promising, “I’m going to make myself a better person.”

If she sought to humanize herself after months of jokes, criticism and generally bad celebrity news coverage, she succeeded and then some Tuesday.

Giudice didn’t seem like someone who’s partying every night and ignoring her kids, saying “not being with my daughters” would be the hardest thing.

As for the elephant in the room …

The Victoria Gotti-initiated rumor that wouldn’t go away all season long – that Rino Aprea slept with wife Teresa’s mom – pitted one Teresa vs. another.

“If it’s not true, why are you getting so heated about it?” Giudice asked Teresa Aprea, who was still furious about the rumor and her namesake’s role in it.

Aprea, who said “karma’s a bitch” and “clink-clink” in regard to Giudice’s prison sentence, told her, “you can’t hurt people and not expect to get hurt back.”

Accusing Giudice of trying to “throw somebody under the bus,” Aprea opined that perhaps it’s all because she wasn’t “bringing anything new to the show.”

“When you’re hurting people deliberately,” she says if you watch The Real Housewives of New Jersey online, “then you can’t expect blessings back.”

“Karma, whatever,” said a weary Giudice, no longer in the same fiery mood that once defined her tenure on Bravo. “If it’s not true, be secure with yourself.”

And thus, the sad goodbye arrived.

The woman who Cohen said “helped create reality TV” largely due to her infamous Season 1 table-flip likely saw her last moment on it Tuesday night.

“We wish the best for you,” said Cohen, who reached for her hand in a swet moment as the credits were about to roll. “I’m getting a little emotional.”

“You’re making me get emotional,” said Teresa, breaking down at how it’s all come to this. “Maybe you’ll see me on a cooking show. You never know.”

You never do.
