Last week, Vanna attended PGA’s annual ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic, which we understand is some sort of golf event.

The 69-year-old TV personality even spoke to the crowd.

On May 6, an Instagram video showed Vanna speaking, wearing casual dress appropriate for a golf course.

Her blonde hair was in a ponytail, and she wore green pants and a golf shirt.

To say that many commenters were unkind would be an understatement.

There is a line between unkind commenters and trolls. Which of these crossed the line?

“Crazy how old she got. Look at her arms. I hate getting old,” spat one reply.

“Her hands look 90,” announced another. A separate comment claimed that she looks “79.”

“Wow, I can’t believe how much she aged,” wrote someone who was, by comparison, almost kind. “She looks older than she is.”

Another shadily accused: “I think this is AI. I don’t believe she looks like this.”

Not all of the comments were cruel

“She’s a 69-year-old beautiful, kind woman whose highest priority in life has not been chasing every wrinkle, unlike most celebrities now. She’s an icon!” wrote one.

“It’s sad when people make such rude comments about aging!” expressed another. “Vanna, you look great!”

“Comments about her arms, her skin, her size,” observed an Instagram denizen. “There’s so much I hate about our society.”

A commenter affirmed: “Love Vanna. Always so gracious. And beautiful.”

Another appraised: “She looks good. Aging gracefully. Doesn’t look phony and plastic.”

While it’s a shame that some of Vanna’s defenders appeared to be throwing other famous women under the bus, most of the comments in her favor were well-intended.

Look, it’s possible that some of these people aren’t current Wheel of Fortune viewers. They could be thinking of Vanna in 1995, not of the woman today.

It’s also possible that — as we have seen with other celebrities — some folks cannot reconcile her look for her job and her day-to-day attire. Vanna does go home after Wheel of Fortune. She doesn’t live on a game show stage wearing dresses.

But she’s also a 69-year-old woman. While that’s an indisputably nice age to be, she also lived through decades when people were encouraged to get direct sunlight. She also had to regulate her weight for work. These are things that can age people.

We hope that Vanna did not see the weird comments. She’s gorgeous. It would be weird if she looked like she did when she was 40.

“We met before her first album was even released, and we hit it off because we’re both goofballs,” he told the outlet.

Katy spoke about the relationship more recently, telling James Corden in 2017 that Josh was “the one that got away.”

The following year, Andy Cohen asked Groban about how he felt about being crowned Katy’s favorite ex. Josh laughed that he was “not expecting that.”

“That was a double-take and a spit of my coffee when I saw that,” he said, adding:

We can’t help but notice that he didn’t return the compliment. We kid!

These days, Katy is dating former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau, and she seems to be very happy in her new relationship.

Be careful which questions you ask.

Lisa Kudrow called out Andy Cohen — and Bravo and Real Housewives — for a piece of all-out trickery.

During the confrontation, she acknowledged deceptive editing that portrayed one Housewife in a terrible light.

The Dorit Hive is thanking Kudrow. Bravo fans are roasting RHOBH for twisting the facts.

Like so many of us, plenty of celebrities are Bravoholics. Kudrow is no exception.

During a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live, Andy asked the The Comeback star if she still watches Housewives.

When Kudrow confirmed — very coolly — that she has seen Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, he asked what she thought.

“You don’t want me to discuss it,” she told him bluntly.

“I’m just gonna say, black Mercedes Sprinter [van] … twins,” she told him when he pressed the question. “Caught that.”

Andy Cohen did not give much of a response. And, honestly, how could he?

What Kudrow is referring to is the RHOBH storyline about Dorit Kemsley “abandoning” Kyle Richards and Erika Jayne.

As you may recall, the cast’s trip to Italy involved Dorit departing — with Kyle and Erika supposedly stranded without a ride.

But Kudrow noticed what other viewers have pointed out: two identical vehicles.

Dorit left in one of them. Kyle and Erika certainly had another ride on hand, even if — at worst — this meant having to share a vehicle with producers.

‘Caught that’

As you can see, those who were unaware of this quickly got a full explanation on social media.

Admittedly, some folks don’t seem to grasp the full picture.

There are some who believe that this was “scripted” — that producers coached each Housewife on her lines, told Dorit to depart, etc.

That is not the case. In fact, it is almost never how reality television works.

As we have seen on numerous series — particularly specific storylines on 90 Day Fiance — most reality TV fakery happens in the editing room. Nuance is erased, and a mild inconvenience is made to look like stranding someone.

Dishonest editing like this can be a real pain for reality stars.

In some cases, they are contractually barred from exposing dishonesty. That could mean Dorit needing to defend “stranding” them, rather than to simply point out that she didn’t — she just left.

But dishonest edits can also be a real pain for viewers.

There is so much excellent scripted television out there. But when someone watches Real Housewives, they want editors who show contrasting moments back-to-back and give drama and meme-worthy clips the time that they deserve.

Reality stars are, with some exceptions, deeply ludicrous people with either behavioral problems, emotional disregulation, or both. They really don’t need editors’ help being messy.

And viewers (Kudrow included) will find out — and hate it.

We have tragic news to report out of Hollywood today.

One of the movie world’s most iconic critics, Rex Reed, has passed away.

The veteran writer and television personality known for his biting reviews, unmistakable wit, and larger-than-life media persona was 87.

News of Reed’s passing comes courtesy of longtime friend William Kapfer, who noted that Reed died “surrounded by his closest loved ones.”

No cause of death was given.

A fixture in pop culture for generations, Reed built a career out of saying exactly what many critics wouldn’t dare — and occasionally what many readers wished he hadn’t.

Born on October 2, 1938, in Fort Worth, Texas, he first rose to prominence in the 1960s and 1970s with his work for publications such as the New York Daily News and Vogue.

In 1987, he became the film critic for the New York Observer, a position he would hold for several decades, publishing his final review for the outlet in November of 2025.

At a time when movie criticism could feel stuffy or academic, Reed brought something flashier to the table, incorporating celebrity gossip, personal anecdotes, and opinions so brutally candid they often became headlines themselves.

He was also a familiar face on television, appearing as a guest commentator on talk shows and entertainment programs while cultivating an image that felt equal parts old-school Hollywood insider and provocateur.

Kailyn Lowry recently gave an interview in which she discussed the backlash over her questionable choices.

Though Kail has admitted that custody fights have cost her, she believes that she’s been unfairly “villainized.”

During a recent conversation with E! News, Kailyn wanted to set the record straight on conflicts with the many exes who have fathered her many children.

“I think that a lot of I’ve been villainized for a really long time,” she assessed.

Kail said that “you know, partially because that was sort of the storyline on Teen Mom.”

It is certainly true that, once someone has been a reality TV villain, they often appear to be a villain in real life.

“But I don’t fight with my kids’ dads nearly as much as people think,” Kail clarified.

“And my life does not revolve around my kids’ dads,” Kailyn then asserted.

Just two months after dumping Elijah, Kail revealed that she is dating Isaac “Ike” Knighton. Messy … but she’s tired of hearing about it.

‘I haven’t really dated a whole lot of people’

“I have a hard time with the criticism, to be honest,” Kailyn admitted, confirming what Teen Mom fans have observed.

She added that this is true “especially when it comes to my relationships.”

Kail went on to claim: “I think that in the grand scheme of things, I haven’t really dated a whole lot of people.”

She added: “But because people feel so close to me, they feel like they know me.”

She appears to be blaming the backlash and criticism upon parasocial relationships — fans (and critics) viewing her as a peer when she does not know them at all, they do not really know her.

We would agree that Kailyn has not dated that many people. However, she has chosen to share seven children with four different men, putting her in borderline Nick Cannon territory.

“There’s no real measure of time on social media,” she claimed. “You might post something that’s old, or information might come out sooner than you thought, or after you think.”

She alleged: “People think that I’ve been with a lot of people in a short amount of time.”

Kail added: “If you think about it, I’ve been on TV or in the public eye for about 17 years. I actually haven’t been with that many people.”

Another factor along those lines is that many of her longtime viewers are likely older than she is. As we age, time seems to speed up (because of our relative perception of it in relation to the span of our lives). Remember how an hour felt like forever when you were six? Now it’s barely enough time to get ready for the day.

That said, you don’t need age to know that Kailyn has made some mistakes. You just need judgment. That and, well, her whole Teen Mom origins sure is a giveaway.

The Roast of Kevin Hart debuted on Netflix on Sunday, and as expected, the biggest names in comedy did not hold back.

The guests let the jokes and insults fly with impunity, as is customary at these events.

But the family of George Floyd believes comedian Tony Hinchcliffe went entirely too far with one of his punchlines, and now they’re calling on Hinchcliffe, Hart, and Netflix to apologize.

“The Black community is so proud of you. Right now George Floyd is looking up at us all laughing so hard he can’t breathe,” Hinchliffe said at one point.

For obvious reasons, the Gianna and George Floyd Foundation found the joke objectionable.

In a statement to TMZ, a spokesperson for the organization said that Tony’s joke and Kevin’s tacit approval of his fellow comic’s “racist” humor is “sad for the culture.”

While Hinchcliffe was the one who made the joke, the foundation alleges that Netflix and Hart should not have been surprised, as Tony has a history of making jokes about Floyd.

At 2024’s roast of Tom Brady, Tony joked that Brady’s former teammate Rob Gronkowski “looked like the final boss in George Floyd the video game.”

George’s daughter, Gianna Floyd, was just six years old when her father was killed.

She’s 12 now, and the foundation says that she’s been bullied relentlessly at school.

Obviously, the foundation is of the belief that jokes from Hinchcliffe and company have the capacity to cause real-world harm to someone like Gianna.

“We are trying to rebuild things for our community and make things better in our community,” the organization said in a statement.

“Let’s try to be a little bit more positive and not sit up there doing colon inspections by white comedians.”

The foundation seems to be suggesting that Tony has inserted his head up his backside. And they may have a point.

These roasts are always envelope-pushing affairs, but the fact that Hinchcliffe keeps going back to the same well for his “edgy” humor might be an indication that it might be time to get some new material.

As we mentioned, 2026 is a big year for Hilary.

Oddly enough, it started off with a weird and only-slightly-vague jab from Ashley Tisdale’s essay about a “toxic” mom group.

She likened it to high school drama, presenting the other moms — including Hilary, Mandy Moore, and others — as cliquey for excluding her.

Over time, reports came out suggesting that there was more at play. Ashley’s response to the tragic January 2025 LA fires seemed insensitive.

And her posts after Charlie Kirk’s death were, to be blunt, pretty alienating to friends and fans alike who support the LGBTQ+ community and don’t generally mourn white nationalists.

Hilary did not directly respond to all of that. She didn’t need to.

“You write about a moment in your career where a friend of yours takes you onto a boat,” the host acknowledges. “You’re led to a room which has an older man in it and then basically told to perform sexual acts.”

“The fact that I was 18, even though I’d lived such a huge life and I thought I was oh so mature at 18,” Hayden recalled. Most people feel that way in their teens, but especially people with extraordinary lives.

“Scientifically, your frontal lobes don’t develop until we’re what, 25, 26?” Hayden claimed. This is a dangerous and debunked oversimplification and a common misconception.

“So even though I felt like I could make healthy decisions, safe decisions,” Hayden continued, “I wasn’t capable of being fully aware of what was going on around me.”

“I was quite literally out to sea,” Hayden said, when she realized that she was “in danger.”

She shared that the erstwhile friend who put her in this situation was “somebody that I had grown to trust and see as a protector and somebody who had my back.”

Instead of having her back, this unnamed person took her to a “very small room” on a boat with an “undressed” man.

“She physically put me in the bed next to this undressed man who was very famous,” Hayden described.

In contrast to Hayden’s rising sense of discomfort at the time, the man seemed to act “like this was just an average day for him.”

She had no means of escape

There are many ways to respond to realizing that you have been tricked by someone you trusted and are now in physical danger.

Each choice carries real risks — in the moment and in the long term.

Hayden fled the room and searched the boat, looking for a place to hide.

Because, for the moment, hiding was her best option.

“There was no jumping off and swimming away,” Hayden explained. They were at sea.

Just because there were more than two people on the vessel did not mean that she could go to others for help.

“And there was nobody who was going to be empathetic to my situation,” Hayden said, presumably referring to the staff or perhaps other “guests.”

With resignation, she shared: “I realized that this was nothing new to them.”

Hayden did not name the man from the bed or the so-called friend who betrayed her. Given how many sexual predators avoid justice and how many accusers face ridicule, victim-blaming, or simply die, that sounds very reasonable.

Her memoir is out on May 19. We all wish that she’d had a better life than the world has given her.

Then came Comfy, which was the most casual of the bunch.

Now, we’re getting a second round of Seductress releases. And as usual, both the lingerie and the model are receiving rave reviews on Instagram.

“A lil bit more of our seductress,” Sydney wrote in her caption, a play on words worthy of Shakespeare.

Predictably, the post quickly racked up hundreds of thousands of likes and an astonishing number of ultra-thirsty comments.

“GIRL YOU’RE SO STUNNING,” wrote one user.

“Internet is on its knees!!!” added another.

A third chimed in by basically writing an ode to the Euphoria star and lingerie mogul:

“Amidst the hellish battles raging in the Middle East between America and Israel against Iran, there is something beautiful that brings a smile and a sense of joy,” this person wrote,” adding:

“Sydney Sweeney and seeing her work and projects flourishing. There are beautiful women, yes, but the most beautiful of all in every way is Sydney Sweeney.”

Now, we’re sure Sydney is used to people being weird about her on the internet. But it still must feel a little strange.

But hey, she’s a natural-born star who seems perfectly comfortable in the spotlight.

We have tragic news to report from the world of reality television.

Scott Probst — the brother of Survivor host Jeff Probst — has passed away.

He was just 58 years old.

News of Scott’s death comes courtesy of a Facebook post from Jeff’s other brother, Brent.

“Some sad news, our brother Scott is no longer with us,” Brent wrote (via Page Six). “He was a great brother, son and friend. I will miss him so much. I’m so sad he is gone.”

No cause of death was given.

Scott worked closely with Jeff, taking on various roles in Survivor‘s art department, property department, and camera and electrical department between 2006 and 2012.

He also worked in the gaming industry, serving as production coordinator on 2003’s Medal of Honor: Rising Sun and as producer on 2005’s Medal of Honor: European Assault, and 2010’s Command & Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight.

He wasn’t the only member of the Probst family to work on the show. Brent’s daughter, Abigail Probst, is currently a member of the production staff’s “Dream Team.”

“She kicks ass,” Jeff told People of Abigail’s efforts. “She came in with a last name that put a little bit of a spotlight on her, but she got the job on her own. She got asked back on her own.”

Jeff rarely speaks of his family, but he has been open about his fondness for his childhood:

“And I know it’s a little weird because the last name is Probst, but had she not earned it, she wouldn’t be back,” he added.

“I’ve lived in Seattle, New York and Los Angeles and traveled all over the world with ‘Survivor,’ but there is nowhere else I would have rather grown up than Wichita, Kansas,” he told the Topeka Capital-Journal in 2016 (via Page Six).

“I had great friendships. I made great memories, and I was raised with strong values,” he added. “I choose to believe those early years gave me the foundation I would later need to withstand the challenges of Hollywood.”

Survivor previously paid tribute to Jeff’s mom, Barbara, when she passed away in 2024.

“Dedicated to Barb, the biggest ‘Survivor’ fan of all time,” read the text on-screen in memoriam at the end of a Season 47 episode. “See you on our next adventure.”
